The payments made by any HaldiBaan member to MS Shekhawat Pvt Ltd. by way of membership / renewal fee are treated as non-refundable. HaldiBaan member shall not assign or transfer your membership to any other person or entity, and such an act shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions and HaldiBaan shall retain their right under clause 5 & 6 of this terms and conditions. Payment once made for HaldiBaan services cannot be assigned to any person/party or adjusted towards any other product or packages provided by the Company. The maximum tenure of any packages will be 12 (Twelve) month. Every HaldiBaan packages post validity period, shall be renewed.
